OptiChrome™ is the latest state of the art technology for optical engineering and the practical application of knowledge for the visualisation trough microscope optics dedicated for microsurgery.

Leica has developed OptiChrome™ to achieve an unique optical correction for their surgical microscopes. As indicated in the name it is linked with the chromatic correction of the entire optical system.

This technology combines the use of simultaneous multiple calculations with matched coatings and special high index glass.
